The Costa Tropical is about half an hour’s drive from Pinos del Valle. With its 320 days of sunshine and a Mediterranean climate, the Costa Tropical is an excellent destination to enjoy the winter as well as the summer sun. The beaches of Motril, Almuñecar, Salobreña, La Herradura, although popular with the Spanish people, are not infected with mass tourism from the north.

The vast beaches, the steel blue sky, the crystal clear sea are the ideal ingredients for a successful day at one of the playas.

And let’s not forget the many chiringuitos (beach bars) that offer you a wide range of delicious fish and seafood.
